Returned Goods Policy
No merchandise is to be returned without authorization from Victor Sun Control. Returns for credit will be authorized on stock items only to a 20% restocking charge. Please do not return anything that you would not accept on your next order! Credit will not be issued for material unsuitable for resale.
Product Complaints
Should you have a customer complaint regarding an installed window, you representative must first go to the job site to verify that it is:
1) A Victor Product
2) A legitimate complaint (i.e. manufacturer's defect, not an installation problem)
If the complaint is
valid, you should then contact Victor Sun Control.
If a factory representative is needed to resolve the problem, he must
be accompanied by the dealer and/or the installer. Prior to contacting
the factory the distributor should have the following:
1) Copy of the invoice
2) Description of the problem
