Warranty

Victor Awning Windows, Dual Sliding Windows and Doors are manufactured by Victor Sun Control of Philadelphia, Inc., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19124.

Mechanical parts, and other components and workmanship are guaranteed for a period of one year.

Victor marine glazed insulated glass is warranted under normal conditions to be free from material obstruction of vision as a result of film formation on the internal glass surfaces, caused by failure of the hermetic seal due to faulty manufacturing. Victor insulated awning windows and slider windows are warranted for a period of five (5) years. Victor patio doors are warranted for a period of ten (10) years from date of purchase.

Condensation which may occur as a natural result of humidity within the property and changes in interior/exterior temperatures, does not indicate a defect in the product, and is not included in the warranty.

Glass will not be regarded as defective unless the condition exceeds those imperfections allowable in accordance with Federal Government specifications DD04516 for SSB and
DSB thickness glass. Victor Sun Control, Inc. will not be responsible for labor costs, freight, removal or re-installation.

Warranty does not apply to glass breakage, ripped, torn or cut screens, conditions caused
by normal deterioration, accidents, fire, floods, vandalism, Acts of God, abuse, neglect or failure to perform reasonable maintenance. This warranty does not apply to units installed under abnormal conditions such as swimming pools or hot tub enclosures.

This is extended to Victor Distributors and Dealers only, and is in lieu of all other express guarantees. Any implied warranty is limited to one year.
